Sit straight and pucker your lips. Lift your puckered lips towards your nose and hold for a count of 5. Relax then repeat 5 more times.

Make a puckered kiss with your lips then relax the kiss keeping your lips closed while curling your lips not your mouth across your teeth. Hold for a count of 10. Relax then repeat for a 10 times.

4. Facial Exercises For The Forehead

Frown as hard as you can and then bring your eyebrows over your eyes while you are pulling them towards each other. Next life your eyebrows as much as possible with your eyes open as wide as possible.

5. Facial Exercises For The Cheeks

Close your lips and make a relaxed smile. Now suck in your cheeks towards your jaw. Hold this for a count of 10. Relax and repeat 8 times.
